This exclusive well established private residential estate was developed in the mid 1980s and is one of Kalkan’s best loved neighbourhoods with its beautifully mature and well kept gardens. The property is perfectly located just 3 minutes walk from the town centre with its shops, restaurants and bars and just a short walk from the town beach and harbour where you can pick up water taxis to the numerous beach clubs.
Yesil Ev has it’s own private pool, equipped with a current machine for ‘lap’ swimming, and direct access to the member’s only pool, the fee for which is included in the rental rate. To the front Yesil Ev enjoys uninterrupted views across the bay and, to the rear, a shady walled garden where you can relax and escape the daytime heat.
