Air conditioners larger than standard sizes were used in the living rooms and rooms of our villa, which was designed with the comfort of our guests in mind in all seasons, summer and winter, to keep them warm during the winter months.
NOTE: Sauna use is free in all seasons.
NOTE: As of March-April and October 1, 2025, pool heating is free of charge in October-November. Other months are available upon request for an extra fee of 24,500 TL.
Specially for honeymoon couples, decorations can be made in the suite room if notified 2 days in advance.
Bedrooms: There are 3 bedrooms in the villa. Bedrooms have clean towels and bed linen.

2-Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned, suite bedroom. There is 1 double bed (separable), bedside table, make-up table, wardrobe, balcony and bathroom.
3-Bedroom: It is an air-conditioned, master suite bedroom. There is 1 double round bed, make-up table, wardrobe, jacuzzi, LCD TV, bathroom and balcony.
Kitchen: It is a modern American kitchen. There is a dishwasher, built-in 4-burner stove, refrigerator, cutlery set, washing machine, microwave oven, built-in oven, dinnerware, electric kettle, pots and pans and glasses. The kitchen is on the pool floor.
NOTE: Food - beverages, paper towels and toilet paper are not available in the villa.
Living room: LCD TV, satellite receiver, seating group, air conditioning, iron, ironing board and sink. There is an exit to the poolside and the indoor pool room. The lounge is on the pool floor.
Garden: There is a pool, garden seating area and barbecue in the garden.
Pool: There is a private swimming pool and an indoor heated pool. Pool dimensions 10 m X 4 m; depth is 1.5 m. Indoor pool 6 m x 3 m; The depth is 1.2 m. Pool and garden maintenance is carried out by authorized personnel once a day, in the morning or in the evening.
Indoor Pool Room: There is a 6m x 3m heated pool and sauna.
Extras: There is an indoor pool, jacuzzi and sauna in the villa. Our villa is delivered to our guests in a clean condition.
Internet: There is Wi-fi in the villa. Due to the infrastructure of the region, outages from internet service providers may occur. Internet use; It is sufficient for purposes such as e-mails, social media accounts, accessing newspapers and news sites, but it is not sufficient for uses such as watching movies and videos and downloading files.
Important Information: Electricity, water and gas fees are included in the villa rental price. Additionally, no fee is requested. Extra cleaning, extra new sheets and towels, rental car, guidance services, healthcare, etc. Insurance is not included in the prices. There are no consumption needs for hygiene purposes (toilet paper, water, spices, etc.) in the villas. All our villas located in nature are regularly sprayed. Despite this, there are butterflies, insects, flies, etc. around. There is a possibility of being found. We do not guarantee 100% invisibility in our villas with sheltered pools. There is always a 5% reservation in these villas.
General note for all villas in the Ölüdeniz region: Infrastructure works can be carried out periodically in the Ölüdeniz-Ovacık and Hisarönü regions where our villas are located. Due to this work, road works, electricity and water outages may occur.
