Summary: Friendly and understanding staff - even though we were more people than in the booking, and did not have our passports, the host kindly accepted our photocopies and also gave us a bigger room, even some paracetamol for my headache the next day. Brilliant service and saved us from a big problem. Thank you to all the staff. Would thoroughly recommend.
