The Old Quarter villa (Google location 36.2640475, 29.4165177) is 100 steps from the nearest of the 100-odd restaurants and bars in the old centre; no need for a car or taxis into town. With its own heated, salt water system pool system (kind to skin and environment) and fabulous sea and mountain views from the pool area, balconies and top terrace, you can hang out here all day without a care in the world. In the evening, stroll down to one of the many roof-top restaurants or maybe watch some big-screen sport outside in a bar. There is also a good range of clothing and gift shops, even opticians!
Comfortable lounge with large sofa, armchairs, smart TV, hi-fi, wi-fi and DVD player with an extensive library. The compact kitchen is fully equipped with fridge freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, kettle, Nspresso, toaster and air-fryer. With the huge bi-fold doors you can eat al fresco at the dining table. The ground floor cloakroom includes a water dispenser and refill bottles.
The pool area includes a luxurious day bed plus 2 loungers and parasols. The pool measures approx, 6m x 3,6m x 1.7m.
Throughout the villa you can choose sun or shade. Some raised decking and planting will be installed over the winter. There will be a new main entrance door to the lounge and lighting enhancements (all building works in Kalkan take place out of season).
The property was fully renovated by the previous owner about 4 years ago and so far this year the guest bedroom has been updated. Each bedroom has a full ensuite with walk in showers, using solar heating backed up by an electric boiler. We provide good quality, comfortable mattresses and bedding.
The top terrace is for sunworshippers and includes 2 sunbeds and parasol. There is also a shower, sink and fridge on this level. Both bedrooms have balconies with the master including a small table and chairs.
The town beach and harbour are 10 minute stroll downhill and you can take a free shuttle boat to your pick of beach clubs around the bay or walk a little further round the harbour to Indigo and its neighbours. You can also take a taxi or dolmus to nearby Kaputas and Patara beaches.
The nearest supermarket, Carrefour, is about 100 metres uphill or there are smaller shops in the old town.

The owners, Nathalie and Martin, are supported by their local managers Gizem and Ali, who speak fluent English and can provide whatever assistance you need. They were part of our team at the 5 star rated Villa Vaha, which we ran for 7 years in Kalamar (where you will find their delightful House Kitchen and Bar). Gizem's lovely parents clean and launder the villa weekly and the pool is checked and cleaned most days.
