This beautifully presented 4-bedroom villa is contemporary in style and is a 12-15 minute walk from the centre of Kalkan’s town centre. It’s also close to Villas Lumiere 2 and 3, so two or three of these villas would be ideal for an extended group who want to be in close proximity to one another.
The accommodation is comprised of the following:
Ground floor:
Open plan living, dining and kitchen area.
The living area has plenty of comfortable seating plus a TV.
The dining table seats 8 guests and the modern kitchen is equipped with a range of appliances such as large fridge-freezer, electric oven, gas hob and extractor, dishwasher, microwave and water-cooler.
Floor to ceiling sliding doors open out onto the villa’s pool terrace.
The first of the villa’s 4 bedrooms is located on this level. This is a double bedroom that has sliding doors out onto a garden area. An en-suite shower area is screened off by a frosted glass panel.
A guest cloakroom is also provided on this floor.

Outside the villa:
Own pool with surrounding terrace – this is furnished with ample sun-loungers and parasols, a shaded al-fresco dining area to seat 8 guests, BBQ, sofa seating set and table tennis.
