After seeing this villa for the first time we could not resist adding it to our portfolio. Built with a backdrop of craggy hillside and high above the Kalkan bay, Kalos offers extraordinary views and verdant garden terracing in a calming location.
Uniquely designed and landscaped to ensure a harmonious position, Kalos has a contemporary open plan kitchen/dining and living area with sliding doors that tempt you towards the dramatic viewing terrace and beautifully designed outside dining space. A few steps up lead to the perfect barbecue spot with stone circular table and pergola, whilst the lower garden level boasts a generous pool terrace with magnificent kidney shaped pool.
Accommodation in this delightful villa comprises three bedrooms; two are on the ground floor level, one is a double and the other a twin with small singles more suitable for children. The third double bedroom is an independent building with external access just a few steps up from the ground floor level. All have en suite shower rooms and of course, air conditioning which is always welcome in the summer heat. Facilities, fixtures and fittings throughout Kalos are of the highest order and the discrete use of different materials such as wood, polished surfaces and natural stone all contribute to the most stylish of finishes.
It’s a short drive into Kalkan itself (6km) where fashionable cafes and enticing roof top restaurants vie for your attention offering local delicacies and sea food delights freshly caught. A day trip on a Turkish gulet is highly recommended where food and drink are provided whilst you cruise to unspoilt swimming and snorkelling spots. There are plenty of options from the old port in Kalkan.
