Completed in 2020 this rustic style studio is located in the Sarnicbasi district of Kalkan, on the hillside above the main town. Although it is located below another popular villa, it is completely seperate and due to its elevated position, has a high degree of privacy which can be increased by the use of the curtain system around the pool. The pool cannot be seen from the road below even when the curtains are NOT closed.
The accomodation comprises of a generous semi-open plan space, which includes a kitchen / dining / sitting space and a large double bedded space with a luxurious double jacuzzi and en-suite bathroom. The interior is decorated in a rustic timber style but has everything a couple would need for a comfortable stay, including air-conditioning and wifi internet.
The entrance to the property is through a small secluded garden, which is for the exclusive use of the guests. This garden has a small seating area which can be used for al fresco dining, and a small pool some 5 x 2.5metres in dimensions, and with a depth of 1.45 metres. The pool has a shallow area where the sunbeds are placed plus an additional shallow area approximately 1 metre deep , and could be used for a small child to play/swim in.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2500 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
