Villa is detached and equipped with high quality furnishings and modern technology. It offers on 390 sq metres accommodation for up to 14 people.
The villa has 6 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC and hand basin. Two of the bedrooms have additional Jacuzzi. 5 bedrooms have direct access to the sea-facing terraces or balconies.
On the first floor is a home cinema equipped with a flat screen TV and speaker system. A PlayStation is available.
An open plan ground floor contains a designer kitchen which is fully equipped with modern appliances.
The living area features a cozy seating area and a dining table up to 14 people for relaxing moments. A fireplace on cooler days of autumn or spring for heat and a large flat screen TV for entertainment.
The pool terrace is partly covered; in the rear patio area is a fireplace grill. The swimming pool includes a 'swim against the current machine' and pool heating is available at an additional cost (upon request).

First floor -Bedroom 1 & 2 - There are two en-suite double bedrooms located on the villa's first floor.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed, mounted TV, mirrored wardrobe with drawer storage, an en-suite shower room and access to a furnished shared balcony.
Bedroom 2 is the first of two master bedrooms; it has a double bed, large mirrored wardrobe, mounted TV, an en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath, sea views and direct access to a shared furnished balcony.
Also located on the first floor is the cinema room with 'L' shaped sofa, TV, sound system and Playstation. The sofa can be made up and used as a bed to accommodate an additional guest. There is also a shower room with W/C adjacent to the cinema room.
Second floor - Bedroom 3, 4 & 5 - There are three en-suite bedrooms on this level.
Bedroom 3 is the second master bedroom; it has a double bed, wall mounted TV, a large en-suite bathroom, a Jacuzzi bath within the bedroom, sea views, a separate wardrobe area and direct access to a furnished balcony.
Bedroom 4 has a double bed which can be converted to a twin, a mirrored wardrobe with drawer storage, a wall mounted TV, an en-suite shower room and access to a shared furnished balcony.
Bedroom 5 has a bunk bed and a single bed, a wall mounted TV, mirrored wardrobe and en-suite shower room.
Third floor - A double bedroom with en-suite shower room is located on the third floor.
Bedroom 6 is decorated in a fresh, white theme and has a mirrored wardrobe, a wall mounted TV, bedside tables, large windows and a door which leads out to the large, furnished, sea view roof terrace. Please note: Due to Bedroom 6 being located under the sloping roof eaves, the ceiling is lower.
All of the bedrooms include air conditioning and sliding mosquito net terrace doors. 7 Bathrooms are equipped with shower, WC and hand basin. Two of the master bedrooms have additional Jacuzzi. 1 Separate WC at the ground floor.

Changeover/checkout: Guests are advised that we are very strict with changeover times. Check-in is at 15.00hrs, and checkout at 10.00hrs. We appreciate that your flight times may not suit this arrangement, and are happy to do all we can to help make your arrival/departure as smooth as possible by storing your luggage (if you are able to bring it to our office) while you kill time before check in/your airport transfer. In return, please help us and our house keepers to do our work.
Breakages and insurance: To secure villa owners against breakages and damages, it is our policy to charge a refundable damage deposit. This is usually £300 and will be reimbursed to you a week following your stay. The payment can be made with your final balance payment 10 weeks before your arrival date. Please note that guests should have their own insurance cover for personal injury, loss of possessions, damage to property, medical and cancellations.
