Located within the stylish LaVanta development, this 2 bedroom property, which is perched on a hillside overlooking Kalkan. Only a four-minute drive from the old town of Kalkan, LaVanta is fast becoming synonymous with luxury and style at the highest level.
The Space:
Apartment Belvedere comprises two bedrooms: A spacious master bedroom, with a king sized bed, and full length glass doors opening onto the balcony that runs the full length of the apartment; and a twin bedroom that is ideal for children.
The open plan living area is comfortably furnished, with full length windows leading onto both the central and the second balcony to the front of the property. The large balcony is perfect for al fresco dining and simply enjoying the view. The living area also has a sofa bed should guests need additional accommodation. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with dining for 4 people

The town is well served by banks and supermarkets. There is a large Thursday market in town and a smaller local market in the neighbouring village of Akbel on a Sunday.
The harbour area caters for all, including a small pebble beach, beach clubs (many of which can be reached by a frequent boat shuttle service); watersports clubs; and not forgetting the very popular past-time of a day at sea.
If you wish to venture beyond Kalkan, a visit to Kas (20min drive) would be highly recommended or to Fethiye, which is very popular for shopping.
LAVANTA
The gated complex that is LaVanta is set within beautiful landscaped gardens overlooking Kalkan and the Mediterranean Sea on Turkey's Turquoise coast.
It is a 4-minute drive (or an energetic 20 minute walk) to the centre of town. Its height above sea level means that it benefits from cooling breezes in the height of the summer. There is a large 25m communal infinity pool, plunge pool (for the kids), and a selection of sun loungers and parasols. Sat alongside the pool is the LaVanta Clubhouse which includes a café and bar offer throughout the day. It is unquestionably, the place to enjoy the magnificent hillside setting.
The world-renowned Kaputas beach and Patara, with its Lycian ruins are both only a 10-minute drive away.
