This impressive new three bedroom villa is located on the hillside above Uzumlu Village, some 10km from the popular resort town of Kalkan.
Designed to provide a luxurious and totally private environment, it has many special features which ensure its guests an unforgettable hday experience. These include a large private garden with views out towards Patara Beach,a good size free style pool, a heated indoor pool, under floor heating, sauna and Turkish bath.
The accomodation itself comprises of a spacious open plan lounge, dining, kitchen area which opens directly on to the pool terrace. The pool itself is some 9 x 3 metres in dimensions and has a depth of 1.55 metres. This is located within the villas walled garden in total privacy. Here there is also a covered al fresco dining area, comfortable seating area and a billiards table for guests to enjoy. A seperate communal w.c sauna and Turkish bath are also located on the ground floor. The indoor pool is some 5 x 3 metres in dimensions and can be heated during the cooler months for an additional charge of 1250 TL per day, payable in cash on arrival at the villa. This fee also includes the cost of the villas underfloor heating system. This makes this an ideal choice for those guests looking to come in the cooler months of the year. Please note that this pool can be heated to approximately 28 degrees centigrade depending on the ambient air temperature, so it is NOT hot as such. Guests wishing for this pool to be heated should inform us at least 2 days before their arrival in order for it to be able to reach the maximum temperature by that time.
The bedrooms are all located on the upper floor, all of which have their own en-suite bathrooms. The two double bedroom each have their own jacuzzi baths, balconies and televisions. The third bedroom is a twin.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3000 Turkish Lire for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
