Positive: Lovely hotel with a good location for my trip. Free parking. Spacious room (junior suite) with nice shower and amenities. Balcony ++. Good breakfast. Friendly staff, parking/valet attendants are exceptional- so helpful and friendly.

Negative: My room was on the first floor, where I had to keep curtains drawn, as you look right into the room from the street level above. Lazy housekeeping staff. Bed never made properly. Used towels usually just where I left them. Minibar not replenished. Coffee not replenished. Dirty ashtray on balcony not cleaned or replaced.
