A beautiful newly built villa with its own private 12 x 4 m floodlit swimming pool, situated on the hillside in unspoilt countryside but within 15 min drive of Alanya and its beaches. It is fitted to a very high standard and offers every convenience for a luxury holiday including dishwasher, air-conditioning, water cooler, freezer, etc. A spacious living area, leads through sliding glass patio doors to the large terrace which overlooks the beautiful swimming pool. The outside area complete with sun loungers provides a wonderful place to relax. The master bedroom is en-suite, there is a well appointed shower room with toilet, and separate WC. There are two further double bedrooms.
The property is set amongst orange and lemon groves and offers the most wonderful views of Alanya, the sea and the surrounding countryside. If you are looking for a totally relaxing location then this is the place for you.
Surrounding area: Alanya is a cosmopolitan town with all modern facilities nestling in the foot of the Taurus mountains. The castle provides a stunning backdrop and is well worth a visit, set high on the hillside, the views of the coast and Cleopatra beach are spectacular. There is a cable car up to the castle.
Dim Cay provides a cool alternative to the beach, with its many floating restaurants, you can take a dip in the cool river or use one of the swimming pools at the restaurants.
For younger members of the family, there is a water-park in the centre of town, tennis courts, and go-karting in Oba district.
You might like to take a walk around one of the bustling markets, or take one of the many boat trips around the coast from the harbour
