Summary: The staff was rude and extremely impolite. The air conditioning did not work properly, and we were told it could not be fixed until two days later. Even when we brought it up several times, the staff insisted it was working – even though the receptionist came to the room and confirmed it was not. The night shift staff, however, was incredibly kind.
