Positive: We really loved this hotel experience. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. The first night we asked for thicker blankets and they were delivered to the room in the next 5minutes. The food was amazing and there was lots of different things to choose from. Especially good salad variations. And of course the sweets, which there probably too much to choose from. Great pools, really good that there was two of them and you could always find a spot. Really amazing location, more quiet than the bazaar area of Alanya, which made it so nice and calm (but still easily accessible with a local bus). Since there are a lot of Russians visiting Alanya it was sooo refreshing to be in a hotel where there were many different nationalities staying there. And also on the streets nearby the shopkeepers don't greet you in Russian first.

Negative: The bathroom door was a little troubling. The door handle wanted to come loose from the outside and when this happened you were pretty much stuck in the bathroom. Not the worst situation when you're traveling with someone, but still worth mentioning.
