Summary: Building was lacking in maintenence and was not clean. Booked a room with a tub on the balcony for two nights. Claimed tub was broken so gave us a "standard" room the 1st night and a platter of fruit as compensation. This room had mold on the sink, half the shower door was missing so shower water sprayed all over bathroom floor. Corners were disgusting. The second night we were given the "suite". The AC was absolute garbage. It took about 10 hours to cool down to the point that i was not sweating. The tub was stained. I didn't even want to soak in the tub because the room was so hot. The bed had the worst indention i have ever felt. We ended up sleeping sideways because of this and because we could feel the mostly warm ac blowing on us in this. Also the sheet had a stain on it but they just told us that it is still clean.... i really dislike leaving a review but i felt like other people need to see this. I will say that the big positive is the location. It's on the beach and close to everything. The entrance gardens are nice as well. This place needs maintenance.
