The accomodation includes a large comfortable lounge and full-equipped kitchen on the ground floor, a double bedroom with jacuzzi, plus a twin bedroom on the first floor, and a double bedroom on the top floor. All the bedrooms have balconies with excellent sea views plus en-suite bathrooms and televisions. The property is air-conditioned throughout, and has an alarm system plus wifi internet.

The villas location in Kiziltas means that is is located on a steep hillside. There are two approaches to the villa, one from above where guests can use the villas parking space then descend some 100-150 steps to the villa, the other is a shorter route from the centre but involves a very steep road for the last 100 metres. Consequently this villa is not suitable for the elderly or infirm.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 2500 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
