Summary: The staff specially Pinar, Ugur and Asaad are very good and helpful. They are very friendly and Always greet us with smiles. Lots of choices from the food and sweets. I booked the holiday from Expedia website and unfortunately they put wrong information about the hotel facilities which Mr jihan (the manager) said they don’t use them so maybe from website to website they give misleading information. They said the hotel on the beach which is not. Free WIFI which is not (((but Mr Jihan give it to me for free))) and …… The room was looking at the street which was very noisy and I’ve told Mr Jihan and he said he will move me to another room which it didn’t happen. But overall we enjoyed the holidays.
