This beautiful private pool and garden villa is located in centre of Dalyan town(Near Binlik Hotel area). Located in a quiet/peaceful area and only 5 minutes walking distance to main bar street and restaurants. Nearest super market(Muhtaroğlu Market) is also only 3 minutes away by walking.
This villa consists of the first floor and the attic of a building. First floor comprising open plan kitchen with dining area and living area and big balcony terrace, 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom and a shared bathroom. Second floor attic comprising 2 en-suite double bedrooms with balconies. 8 people comfortably can sleep in beds. Cot and high chair is provided. Also villa is fully air-conditioned.
It is set in a private, walled garden with big size private step in swimming pool and a sun terrace with 4 sun loungers. By the poolside there is also outside kitchen and standing BBQ chimney, dining table with 6 chairs for drinking/eating and coffee table for sitting/relaxing.
Ok villa has 4 bedroom for 8 people but has small garden space so ideal for a family of 6 or less. For this reason, it is offered at an affordable price.
P.S: Please do not forget that we have airport transfer service, car rentals and arrange boat trips. Please ask for it!
