Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: Staff were genuinely kind and helpful, especially the lady at reception. Room was small but well-equipped and cleaned daily. Breakfast was decent (with the tip to go early). Convenient location near public transport.

Negative: First room was noisy due to poor sound insulation. Could hear noise from neighboring rooms. Strong smell of cigarette smoke in the second room. Smoke odor also in the elevator and hammam. Overall ventilation and soundproofing need improvement.

Summary: Great service and location, but comfort was compromised by noise and cigarette odors.
