The staff consistently went above and beyond to make me feel at home. Everyone at Lunet Old City Hotel is incredible. My room was a pristine and restful retreat after busy days exploring the city. Their attention to detail created a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel's unbeatable location in the city center made it easy to access attractions, dining, and entertainment, making it perfect for any traveler. What truly set Hotel apart was its amazing team. Each member was friendly, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. The housekeeper was the sweetest woman. I especially appreciated when a staff member helped carry luggage down when the elevator was out of service. Big shoutout to Sahan, whose outstanding service, funniness, kind words and helpfulness made our stay even more special – my mum adored him! This hotel offers an experience that perfectly blends comfort, convenience, and heartfelt hospitality, and I highly recommend it.
