You ll experience a fairytale sunset, and after nightfall the lights from the surrounding islands and estates create a mezmerising view. Most importantly, there are fantastic sea views from every room in the house with sunsets to die for! Ground Floor: Villa Kastalias ground floor living space is open plan and spacious with lounge seating area, coffee table, TV etc at one end, internal dining area in the cente and the modern fully-fitted and well equipped kitchen to the left of the dining area. There is access to the pool and garden terrace off this room via sliding patio doors. Stairs to the right of the front door entrance lead to the first floor. First Floor : There are 4 bedooms ( three double bedrooms and a single bedroom) , walk in wardrobe, large livingroom, kitchen, three bathrooms with a jacuzzi and a shower. The master bedroom has an en-suite shower room, bedrooms 2 and 3 share a family shower room. All have A/C units, clothes hanging and drawer space. All rooms have A/C Externally, Momo has a mature private garden, private pool, sunny and shady garden areas and terraces and BBQ area. At first floor level, each bedroom has a private sea-facing balcony and all rooms have sea, pool and garden views. Villa Kastalia is on a corner plot on a quiet internal access road and has private parking area. The complex also offers a large shared swimming pool, tennis court and recreational area to guests. The sea, shops and restaurants are all within 300 metres. The complex has 24 hour security and parking areas. Bodrum is a 30 minute car drive away, 5 minutes to Turgutreis. Electric is paid extra 150TL (approx 30 euro) per week
