Positive: I recently stayed at this beautiful hotel and had a truly memorable experience. The location is stunning, with a picturesque bay featuring fine sand and crystal-clear water—perfect for relaxing or taking in the view. The facility itself feels fresh and luxurious, with modern design and well-maintained surroundings that elevate the overall atmosphere. The staff were exceptionally friendly and professional, especially Ali YAY, the Public Relations Manager. He stood out for being a great listener and communicator, always approachable—even outside of office hours, which made a big difference in how welcomed we felt. Families will appreciate the aquapark, which was a hit with the kids. We also enjoyed the evening shows, which added a lively and entertaining touch to our stay. The snack bar staff were warm and attentive, and both the café and bar offered great service and quality. Overall, this hotel combines a fantastic location, luxurious feel, and excellent hospitality. Highly recommended for both families and couples looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway.

Negative: While the main restaurant offers a wide variety of food, the quality could be more aligned with the hotel's overall standard to better meet guest expectations. The grill smoke tends to cover the entire outdoor seating area, which unfortunately affects the enjoyment of the otherwise beautiful view. A better system is needed to manage towel reservations on sun loungers, as many are occupied early and left unused for long periods. The elevators are insufficient for the size of the hotel, often causing long wait times. Either better calibration or additional elevators would improve guest flow. The aquapark pool water was quite cold, which made it less enjoyable for children—adding some heating would be a great improvement. The children’s toilets near the aquapark need better maintenance, as they frequently clog and become unhygienic, which is concerning for families.
