Positive: The bedding was clean, aircon worked well, spacious apartment. Price / value ratio is fair enough for one overnight stay.

Negative: People at the front desk could not speak english/german, communication was rather difficult. They did not seem to be aware of our arrival. Some appartment equipment is to be refreshed ( fridge/sofa/ shower ).
