The community was finished inby one of the regions major developers with a history of quality homes in superbly designed Communities....and in every case they have been very very popular with guests spending holidays here.
We have no doubt that in choosing one of our homes here you are guaranteed a superb vacation and if you take all holiday costs into consideration the homes work out as exceptional value.
Most homes overlook the fabulous tropical designed main pool which leads into an indoor heated pool with a gym and a sauna, plus a summer cafe bar and a pagoda, making it an all year round holiday destination in a resort that has a long season and is in fact open all year round. Two of our homes enjoy both pool views and outstanding sea & mountain views
The open plan living areas leads to a good sized balconies that overlook the swimming pool and/ or westerly views towards the coast. The homes are fully appointed so all you need are personal belongings.
In addition you can walk to the beach although we provide many free shuttles on call both to the beaches and into old Side at all times of day. Plus within a few minutes walk are several very popular restaurants and supermarkets and you can walk to the main street in Side in under 10 minutes.
The community is safe and secure, great for all ages and somewhere where parents can relax whilst children play in the children's playground.

To summarize Tropical Gardens provides a high quality holiday home in a luxurious community and ticks all the holiday boxes. We always believe having a great annual holiday is based around the right accommodation so when you are adding up total holiday costs, door to door, remember per person a variance of £30 for example on what you pay for the accommodation is a fraction of the total and should not be a consideration.

For years we have looked after owners second homes in the resort and we can be flexible on both the length of stay and dates booked, plus you can reserve the home without any payment for up to 2 weeks to give you time to sort out flights, confirm our respectability ,etc.
For your protection all payments are lodged in a secure Client Account at the Rbs bank, until the holiday is over. This is most important as it protects you against unforeseen problems such as flight cancellations.
We have also built relationships in bars, restaurants, etc, so that our guests are well received, plus we have a dedicated local manager on hand to show you around the home and give local support/advice.

Located in probably the finest community in the resort and in a prime location you can be assured that this private home provides the ideal holiday accommodation to guarantee a wonderful holiday.
With a fully fitted kitchen, open plan living area, large balcony and three bedrooms it offers excellent value for money .
There are two double bedrooms and a twin bedroom but we can also provide a rollaway bed, cot and high chair if required. The is a bathroom on both floors of this spacious duplex home.
The community offers 24/7 security, children's play area and pool, magnificent main swimming pool and also a heated indoor pool, making it an all year round destination.
Location is very important and the community is just yards from popular restaurants, bars and shops. last but not least you can walk to the beach in 15 minutes or take free shuttles available day and night
