Located 200 metres above sea level, enjoy incredible views of the Mediterranean and the town of Gazipasa from every room in the house (literally). Newly built (2021) and decorated with huge windows, large balconies, and cool-stoned flooring, you can kickback and enjoy the sunshine in pure peace.
Located only a 15 minute drive from the airport and 10 minutes from downtown, you get to enjoy convenience and quietness at once.
The space
Opting for a clean and uncluttered energy, you’ll find this property equipped for the most discerning guests. With a fully equipped, gourmet kitchen, open-pace living room, and three bedrooms with their own washrooms, accommodating 6 guests comfortably.
On ground floor, there is one bedroom that offers a queen bed, access to the balcony, and a private bathroom. On the second floor lies another room with the same features as on ground floor. The master bedroom on the second floor features a rain-fall shower head, large storage space, and the best view in the house.
The brand-new villa features modern central-air conditioning system with individual zones in every room. Air is taken from outside via duct, then gets cleaned and cooled. Allowing to be controlled by smart thermostats in each room, guests can personalize the temperature to their liking.
