Summary: This is very petty due to the amount but it’s the principal. I was charged for cappuccinos upon checkout from the restaurant that I never ordered. The desk guy refused to remove for me and couldn’t very with staff as I checked out at midnight. Cheap for me and cheaper for the hotel but not cool overall and he was very unwilling to help. 12am on the 6th of august. I’ve stayed 3x and I will stay again due to convenience
