This outstanding villa has is located in the Yali District, high above Patara Beach, some 12 km from the sophisticated resort town of Kalkan. This area has just begun to be opened up for tourism , and has some very elite properties nearby. The approach to the villa is up an easily driveable but the last 5 km is on an unmade road up a winding hillside to a clearing in the woods- then you are hit by the most spectacular views out across Patara Beach.
The accomodation is all on one level and consists of a massive lounge / kitchen / dining area, which opens on to the large pool terrace. Designed to anticipate everything guests could need, the property has been fitted and furnished to a very high standard using a combination of local materials of timber, stone & marble.
There are two double and one twin bedroom, all with direct access to the pool terrace and luxury en-suite bathrooms.
The beautiful infinity pool is some 15 x 4 metres in dimensions, and has a depth of 1.6 metres. In addition to this there are shallow areas where sunloungers may be place or children can play. The expansive pool terrace has lots of space for guests to dine , sunbathe, and enjoy the spa hot tub.
Guests definitely need the use of a vehicle, preferably not with a low under-carriage, whilst staying in this villa. The property is fully air-conditioned, has wi-fi internet and parking space adjacent to the property.
This is an ideal location for those wishing to escape to a luxurious, peaceful setting, with marvellous views.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 5000 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
