Located in Kalkan Patara Yali, this luxury villa has 2 bedrooms with a capacity for 4 guests. This beautiful traditional built villa is designed in a authentic style with a combination of stone, wood and iron. and interior architecture takes full advantage of the natural wood and stone to keep the traditional feel and bring it into this holiday villa. It has amazing sunset views which are dominated by the world famous Patara Beach.
The villa, a single floor build, with extensive outdoor space and a large
12.5 metre infinity swimming pool with a hydromassage area, The comfortable outdoor living space, and the panoramic views makes this holiday home a truly wonderful choice to relax and enjoy the peaceful setting, It is also a ideal choice for the more conservative guests as the pool and its surroundings are sufficiently sheltered to ensure maximum privacy. A smaller swimming pool, approx 5 x 3 metres is also available for use by our guests. The indoor pool can be heatable but its extra charge. 1100 TL per day.
The villa has one double and one twin bedroom, both of which open directly on to the pool terrace , and have en-suite bathrooms . A open plan lounge/kitchen dining area with comfortable seating and large flat screen TV. A fully equipped kitchen and large dining table.

The use of a vehicle is absolutely necessary when staying in our villa. It is located on a hillside above Patara Beach some 12km from Kalkan. The road to the villa is asphalted apart from the last 5 km , and is steep in some parts. Vehicles with low under-carriages are not recommended. The nearest village is at Gelemis, 5 km away, and reached by a forest road or from the main road (10km). From here it is a short drive to Patara Beach itself.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 5 nights or less there is an additional charge of 4500 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
