Close to the historical sites by car (i.e, Ephesus, St.Mary's House, Artemis Temple, Seven Sleepers, Sirince Village ), recreations (scuba and sky diving), one of the Europe's biggest Aquapark and night life of Kusadasi. Big terrace with 1 saloon, 1 room, 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom and a half bath (only WC).
The house is situated in a 3 hectare-garden with various fruit trees, equipped with modest small hiking path, swing, basketball hoop, pull-up. Kitchen is sufficient enough for long stay with all necessary appliances. Places near the flat where you can taste local food. A local market near the house and 2 markets near the sea.
Note: Ground floor and the garden are used by the owner. However, it is welcome for our guests to go for a walk in the garden and taste seasonal fruits. Besides, landlord can provide with garden-grown vegetables and fruits for a modest fee. Last but not the least, locally produced milk, butter and eggs would be supplied on request from the village.
