Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Very clean, walkable to stores and markets, easy check in, available apartment manager. Overall a fine apartment.

Negative: It doesn't take much to make a place feel cosy - for short term stay, have some extra kitchen supplies - basic sugar, salt, oil, kitchen towels etc. A few cleaning supplies would have been great. Otherwise you come for a week or two and you have to buy all of the things needed for it to be a fully functioning apartment. A fan would have been nice as there is no AC. I obviously did not read about the lack of wifi as it is almost unimaginable these days that there would be any rental that does not provide. It would have been very nice to have consistent access.
