Summary: Clean room. Staff helpful. Air conditioning working. Renovated bathroom. Furniture/ curtains/bed covers need updating. Breakfast ok. Walking distance to restaurants, but many abandoned buildings around. Kind of scary after dark but lots of people around so still pretty safe.
