The villa - built of natural and brick - is located outside of Dalaman in the beautiful Secret Valley Valley near Akkaya in the Dalaman region. The villa is on a hillside, is aligned on two levels and is located on a plot of approx. 3,470 sqm, which is completely enclosed by a wall and fence. The fantastic view stretches across the entire valley, from the rocky massif to the Dalaman reservoir. The villa was completed in 2000 and is in excellent condition. The equipment is exceptional and was furnished with a lot of love and taste, and a lot of time and money was invested.
