Positive: The location of the hotel was very good, it is 15 min walking and 6 min driving distance from Cunda Center. You can walk to Cunda center on cute side streets of Cunda. The property had lots of different sizes of rooms. The suit rooms had sea view. The regular room we stayed had a pool view and a very partial sea view. Rooms had cute balconies. We had some difficulty in making AC work but we figured it out eventually. Bathroom was pretty small and outdated. The property had a nice garden and cafeteria area where breakfast was served. Breakfast was wonderful: full of hot and cold choices of Turkish breakfast freshly prepared and it was very filling. We visited the property on a low season, so it was quiet. It is a nice place for families, couples and friends. Hotel also serves dinner but early notice was required. The owners of the property was friendly and helpful giving us recommendation for nearby beaches and other areas.

Negative: Hotel has a nice private beach but there is room for improvement. Seaweeds can be cleaned and the platform that reaches to the sea can be renovated. We also noticed that the used tea/coffee cups and bottles were left on the tables by the sunbeds all day and night long which was not a nice view for the rest of the guests.
