A beautiful spacious duplex villa which is one of 4 nestled in a very quiet location which has been rented out for the past 3 years with many of our guests returning. The beach is approximately 5 metres directly at the back of the villa.
Downstairs .
Open plan kitchen with oven gas hob , microwave , sandwich toaster ,dishwasher, fridge freezer ,water machine and kettle Dining table that seats 6 and a utility room with washing machine and safe for your valuables . There is also a downstairs toilet .
Large lounge area with a corner suite that will seat 6 comfortably , together with occasional tables , wherever you sit you will have spectacular views of the beach . TV with access to movies , UK and foreign channels, Playstation and DVD player. Board games and books.
Wifi is also available at no extra charge. The lounge area has air conditioning and mosquito nets.
Large patio doors leading out to a balcony with dining table and chairs for alfresco dining either lunch or evening meals where you can experience the beautiful sunsets.
A shared pool approximately 150 sq m with steps to enable easy access and ambient lighting in the evenings . 6 sun loungers and parasols together with towels which are provided. There is also a Portable BBQ.
There is a beach shower at the side of the villas which must be used if you decide to go for a swim in the sea before you return to use the pool.
The pool is cleaned and maintained 3 times a week and the gardens are maintained by our property manager Levent who speaks Turkish and English and is only a phone call away if needed .
There is also a comfortable seating area at the front of the villa should you wish to get a bit of shade and enjoy a cool drink in the afternoon / evening.
A lovely marble staircase leads to the upstairs where there are 3 double bedrooms .
Master bedroom with en suite and patio doors leading onto a balcony overlooking the sea and surrounding area which is perfect for a peaceful breakfast .
A Double bedroom . A Twin bedroom which share a bathroom with a shower .
All bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside cabinets, lamps ,air conditioning and mosquito nets .
Baby monitors and travel cot are provided.
All bedding and towels are provided .
Further Information.
A pleasant 5 minute stroll along the promenade there is a Boutique Hotel which offers wonderful lunches and evening meals or just a drink at the bar. The staff are very efficient and friendly.
There is also a Beach Bar even closer where you can get food and drink.
The Local Supermarket (recently opened 2019) is 5 minutes away up some steps where you can get your essentials. A smaller shop where you can get your water bottles delivered is right next to the supermarket together with the bus stop where the bus will take you into Gulluk Town Centre.
Gulluk is an excellent place for either a family holiday or a peaceful getaway.
There are numerous waterside restaurants which offer a range of menus catering for adults and children (even fussy eaters like
myself ). The Bars and Cafes are excellent and are very cheap .
There are boat trips that go from Gulluk which include food and drink and are excellent value for money and enjoyable.
There is a local market on a Thursday where you can buy traditional Turkish food ,fruit and vegetables and souvenirs.
If you decide to go sightseeing it's very easy to get into Bodrum where you can take a boat trip over to Greece for the day or just take it easy by the marina or enjoy a days shopping in the vast number of shops and boutiques at Bodrum.
You can also visit Gumbet , Bitez , Torba which have larger beaches and only about 50 minutes away by car or bus .
Local Taxis are always available and very reasonable and friendly ( numbers always left in the villa ).
Electricity charges can be quite high in Turkey so if your electricity bill exceeds £40.00 per week we may charge the extra but this will not be a problem if the air conditioning is not left on for long periods of time .e.g all day or if you leave the property and leave the air conditioning on.
