Summary: Although this hotel advertises itself as a 4-star property, it falls short of that standard in many ways. We booked a deluxe room but found it to be very basic and quite standard, not reflecting the quality expected from a 4-star stay. The bathroom towels were definitely not up to the mark either. The breakfast was abundant but chaotic—service was disorganized, and at our table, cutlery was missing, and I had to ask for napkins. The location is definitely a highlight, right on the Black Sea with a large private beach area equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas, which is very pleasant. However, the guest restroom near the beach was unusable due to dirtiness. Overall, it’s a nice place to stay, but it’s definitely not a 4-star hotel. There are many aspects that need serious improvement. The location is good, not far away from the city center or Sinop.
