Summary: Is this a fancy hotel? No. If you want that in this neighborhood at this price, you're dreaming. It's an old (probably historical) building, but it feels old. Is it a comfortable place to sleep in a great location? Yes. At this price, that's all you really need. Oh, if you don't like stairs, this isn't the place for you.
