Summary: If you can, stay in either Sura Design Hotel or Sura Sophia hotel. Unfortunately, Sura Concept hotel is the neglected one with little to no service, no swimming pool or breakfast (both in the other hotel). Breakfadts sucks, would recommend going out for food. No one ever at reception always have to call and even then they tell you to walk to the other hotel reception.... Also lacks security, anyone can walk into the building at any time.
Room - Nice design, small but expected. All good except buttons for curtains and lights a bit fiddly (curtains open randomly and when it's dark you can't see what button you're pressing) Bathroom - Shower drain not good and bidet water pressure too low. Only one toilet roll provided...why?
Service - There is rarely anyone at reception, and when there is its an intern who doesn't understand English. The lady with the short brown hair who checked us in was good and attentative. Housekeeping are also lovely and do a good cleaning job. Swimming pool and breakfast are in the other 2 hotels, this was not clarified at the time of booking.
Location - is worth th price. Is located on a street with alot of restaurants who have annoying front of house trying to bring customers in. Tip - Remember to say you've already eaten if you want them to leave you alone.
Suggestions for hotel
- Have someone remain at reception at all times.
- Make it clear that swimming pool and breakfast are in the other hotels.
- Have more than one toilet roll in the room.

Summary: Excellent location, walkable to all the sites, grand bazaar, and many restaurants! The coffee shop just a few doors up made excellent espresso and warm croissants. The pool is next door in the sister hotel and doesn’t get much sun… the only real drawback. Rooms are european style (small but super stylish) and everything you need for a good nights sleep. Super dark shades… The breakfast had many choices.
