Our flat is located in the centre of Bakirkoy, one of the oldest and biggest districts of Istanbul.
Minutes from Republic Square. Main bus stop and metro station are 5 minutes away. Walk to Marmaray train station in 8 minutes. (Easily go from Europe to Asian side of the city)
Access grocery stores, clubs, restaurants, hospitals, shopping malls, seaside etc. Have your own apartment on an awesome street in the perfect neighborhood.
The flat was completely refurbished few months ago. All the rooms have big windows and get lots of sunlight. The bedroom has a double bed, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers for the guests' use.
The flat is fully furnished with all accessories for cooking and has dining table, dishwasher, washing machine, toaster, kettle, turkish tea pot, iron, hair dryer, fiber optic Wi-Fi etc. It also has a balcony, where guests can enjoy their breakfast. Towels and clean sheets are provided to the guests.
*** Flat can accommodate a 3rd person via sofa and a folding bed is available for the 4th person.

The whole apartment will be yours. You will have a set of keys. Come and go as you please.

The flat is close to many restaurants and cafes, there are also hair dresser, manicure-pedicure shop, kebap house e.t.c Nice restaurants and cafes is 5 minutes walking distance, two shopping malls Capacity & Carousel (with cafes&restaurants which are open till 10pm) The flat is also close to Yeşilköy, a neighbourhood by the sea with a nice fish restaurants, cafes and parks.
CNR Expo Exhibition Centre, World Trade Center and Wow Convention Centre are less than 6 km away.
There are also many important hospitals in Bakirkoy. ( Acibadem Hospital, Dunya Goz Hospital, Ethica Incirli Hospital, Medical Park Hospital, Memorial Hizmet Hospital and more. )
