As part of a small development, our spacious 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom duplex apartment is situated in a prime seafront location in Calis with direct access to the beach and promenade (no roads) The spacious west facing balcony offers a panoramic view of Fethiye Bay and nearby Islands as well as the stunning sunsets for which Calis is famous. The apartment is designed, furnished and equipped to a high standard with digital safe, water cooler and insect screens to all windows and patio doors. Bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes and the bathrooms are well proportioned with walk-in showers, all rooms have air conditioning. Uniquely, the apartment has two entrances, one of which gives direct access to the pools, landscaped gardens sun loungers and pool shower. Following a day by the pool, our secluded barbecue and pergola area makes an ideal location for an evening supper.
A level walk takes you on to the 4km prom which has a huge number of good quality bars and restaurants. There are well stocked shops closeby and a frequent bus service to Fethiye.
