Positive: We had a fantastic experience at this hotel. I booked a standard sea-view triple room, and the view was absolutely stunning—truly a highlight of our stay. I must commend the housekeeping team for their exceptional work. Despite the hotel being busy with restaurants, swimming pools, and other amenities, the cleaning staff worked tirelessly, often until midnight, to maintain a spotless environment. The staff were consistently polite and helpful. We were travelling with a toddler, and they went out of their way to assist us, especially when we needed warm milk late at night. Their responsiveness and care made a big difference. The evening entertainment, including the disco and DJ, was an added bonus and created a lively atmosphere. All in all, I would definitely love to return and stay at this hotel again. Highly recommended!

Negative: While our overall experience was excellent, there were a few areas that could be improved: Room Condition: We noticed some traces of rust on older metal fixtures in the room. A bit more attention to detail during cleaning could help maintain a fresher appearance. Hot Water Availability: During the early morning hours (around 4–6 AM), the water temperature was lukewarm. It would be great if the hotel could ensure consistently warm water at all times. Food Variety: The buffet offered a wide range of options, which is appreciated. However, we found it slightly challenging as I primarily eat chicken and my partner prefers vegetarian dishes. We’d suggest increasing the variety of chicken and vegetarian options to better cater to diverse dietary preferences.
