- Surroundings: Faralya is a small, quite and friendly village with a few hidden, nice restaurants. Faralya is 450 meter high up in the mountain, so a few degrees cooler than in Fethiye. The next 3 beaches are 'Aktas beach' (20 min to walk or 5min by car). Kabak beach (2km by car and then 10 min by shuttle or 30 min by walk) and 5 km to 'Ölüdeniz beach'. You can live peaceful and healthy holidays, drinking water from the mountain, buy eggs, honey, olive oil and organic vegetables and fruits from our Neighbours.
The prices include all charges for electricity, water, gas and once a week cleaning service.

Summary: The house/villa is fantastic with plenty of space both inside and out BUT.......the grounds are in urgent need of attention as they really let what is a beautifully built and designed property. We also felt the need for a house book so that the guests can contribute their experience of the area and advise on things to see and do, like best places to eat out and best beaches etc. All in all a great place and thank you for allowing us the pleasure of staying there.
