Summary: Customer service was good and very friendly and helpful. Location is good and everything is near but be ready to walk lot of uphills. Tram and subway are nearby. Hotel is not five star but be open minded. Yes it might need lot of updates but still we don’t travel to spend our holiday at hotel. Unfortunately bed is not suitable to long persons. And check that 3 person room is really having 3 beds. Double bed room (what they say is room for 3) doesn’t have enough space to extra beds and bed size is too small even have a toddler in same bed. Also if your room is on street side traffic sounds can be very loud.
