Positive: ِThe breakfast was great, and its cleanness was okay

Negative: The staff and especially the hotel manager "Kamal" were unhelpful and unfriendly. The facilities were poor, we couldn't sleep because of the hot temperature as the whole one bedroom apartment had only one fan. When we asked for one extra fan for the bedroom the manager aggressively accused booking.com for scamming them as he was confusing the type of room with the number of guests. Overall one of the worst experiences since my 10 years of using booking.com
