Summary: The check in was a nightmare. The young lady and her supwrvisor were very unfriendly and did not attempt to understand our questions. Did not speak English ( not even a translation app). The valet / bell hop spoke decent English and he translated to them. Modest rooms. Odor in the corridor. Pool staff were not friendly … very standoffish. The restaurant staff were very good and so was the dinner buffet. The hotel was in the middle of “no where” ….
