Summary: The hotel cannot manage its bookings made by Expedia. I booked and paid three rooms, the manager claimed that I only paid one and wanted me to cancel the other two rooms which was not possible and pay for all the rooms again. Expedia solved the issue by contacting the staff, but the not-so-friendly hotel manager blamed Expedia. Plus: you pay much less if you directly contact the hotel really spontaneously.
