Located conveniently on 11th Ave, with 1 dedicated parking spot, in family friendly Belmar. This unit welcomes you, family, friends or reunion to ocean living.
No need for planning a full day at the beach, come and go as you please with the 6 beach badges, 6 backpack beach chairs, 6 beach towels and 2 umbrellas provided. Don't worry about salt or sand, rinse off in the outside shower, then come in and put your feet up to watch the surf or surf the web. Please be aware that we rent to families or groups age 25 or older only.
You will never want to leave front porch. But if you need to cool down, central air will keep the inside cool. And there is a washer and dryer in your unit for your convenience.
