Summary: I had a fantastic stay at Novotel and would really like to highlight the excellent service I received during my visit. The hotel itself is modern, clean, and very comfortable, but what truly made the experience exceptional was the staff. A special thank-you to Alper and Emre, who were both incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional from the very beginning. Their warm attitude made me feel welcome and well taken care of every single day. They showed genuine care and delivered service of the highest quality. Staff like them truly make a difference — they elevated my entire stay. I can highly recommend Novotel, not only for the great rooms and facilities, but especially thanks to outstanding team members like Alper and Emre. I would be more than happy to return!
