Summary: My girlfriend and I were on a 4-day visit to Istanbul, our first time. As money was not an issue, we wanted to stay in at least a 4-5 star hotel, preverably one with 9+ review rating and over 1000 reviews. We wanted quality and were willing to pay for it. Since the weather in October is cooler, a hotel with a pool was not necessary. The only way I would book a different hotel that was not 4-5 star, was if it matched my criteria: it has to be very clean, it has to have a 9+ review rating, it has to have over 1000 reviews, the location should be in the Old Town, it has to be near a Tram line stop, breakfast is included in the price, there has to be a low noise level in the room, there has to be a safe in the room, the atmosphere should be authentic Turkish, hot water and water pressure should not be an issue, and the comments should show a positive image of the establishment (staff, room cleaning, breakfast, restaurant, common spaces, etc).
This hotel met all of that criteria! One criteria I did not mention is that the hotel bar is staffed 24/7 and there is always someone at the reception. This is important to me because it not only demonstrates quality service but also touches on security. The receptionist sees every single person who enters or exits this hotel.
Additional comments from my side: the rooftop bar is simple and nice. The breakfast options were plentiful but not wasteful like some other buffet breakfasts. The receptionist is knowledgable about where to go.

Summary: Great room, clean, bathroom shower a little cramped. Great Turkish breakfast and lunch with set taster menu. Very close to all the local sites, plenty of places to eat, the roof top terrace is lovely and a quiet place to view the Sea and City. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. wi-fi good.

Summary: Excellent stay. Room was quiet and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast included in the room rate was very nice and served on a lovely rooftop terrace. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Helped arrange in advance a private transfer from IST in the early hours of the morning. Was very competitively priced. Overall a great hotel, couldn’t recommend enough.

Summary: The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooftop breakfast and lounge is fantastic and open for use all day. In early June the jasmin blooms up there and is amazing. Rooms are clean, well stocked, have a safe albeit smallish which was fine for us! I stayed here twice. Airport pick up was 100% reliable. Great value.
