Summary: Shower hose was leaking and also shower head holder's screws were lose so i couldn't shower and when i asked to get it fixed, it was only possible next day afternoon... so i couldn't shower at all after a long trip... so next day they fixed the shower hose but not the holder on the wall so, this time i could use the shower only by holding the shower head with one hand... Staff was friendly... but i needed more than that... but for the price it was ok .. i got what i paid for
