Summary: The location is excellent in the area of Istanbul we wanted to stay. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a buffet style, more than adequate and interesting. When the room we were offered seemed smaller than expected, we were offered a suite at no extra cost. People with mobility issues should be aware that, while the property has a lovely staircase, there is no lift and there are 5 floors. Don’t worry about your bags. Your arrival is detected remotely and there are many hands to get it to your room. This is a traditional property within a very lively and interesting part of town. We were not disturbed by noise, but I am not sure if there are rooms with views of the river.
